  • Richard, as previously stated, Jack Hanna had the expertise, and the Columbus Zoo had the tranquilizers or knew where and how to get them. We have animal shelters and animal hospitals throughout Ohio, I cannot honestly believe these options were not available.

  • I am outraged and deeply saddened about the killing spree in Zanesville, Ohio that took the lives of those exotic animals that roamed the Muskingum County animal farm. Those animals should have been tranquilized, protected, and transported to zoos and animal reserves around the world.

  • "Dancing With The Stars" no longer has credibility in my book. They have just proven that it is not about how well you improve in dance but who you are regardless of whether you can dance or not.

  • “When interest rates go up home sales suffer…” The reason why home sales suffer is because higher interest rates create higher mortgage payments that ultimately result in fewer buyers. Meaning some buyers will elect to wait then buy a home in this economy.

  • Further, how would you like it if your son or daughter lost their life going into a country like this to save someone for this reason. People have a right to be angry - maybe not extreme, but angry that others are so careless with the lives of other Americans.

  • I have to admit, I do not understand these "people" who hike, bike, walk, fly, boat, or wonder in and around these places that jeopardize their freedom. I just don't get it. Are they reading the news or are they looking for headlines? Do they not know where they are? Or are they just stupid.
